The other day I was looking at my 2016 resolutions and I told myself I would lose 10lbs...y'all, I gained 10lbs ***insert dramatic agony face***. So in an attempt to get my life together after ditching the gym for 1 month, I've created this 7 day "Snatched Waist" Challenge, inspired my a similar challenge I saw on Pinterest. 

When I posted the challenge on Instagram last week, the response I got was great so I decided to get serious about it and inspire others to join. My hope is that this challenge not only helps me shed a few (or more) pounds, but reset my body on the right path towards great health.
